World AIDS Day

Join us on Thursday, December 1st at Metropolitan Community Church of Omaha to commemorate World AIDS Day. All members of our community are invited to come together in remembrance of all the people we have lost to HIV/AIDS and to unite in support for people living with HIV. A section of the AIDS Memorial Quilt will be present for viewing. World AIDS Day is held on the 1st December each year and is an opportunity for people worldwide to unite in the fight against HIV, show their support for people living with HIV and to commemorate people who have died. World AIDS Day was the first ever global health day, held for the first time in 1988.
