Broadway Joe's offers a down and "homy" atmosphere and a clientele that changes with the hour hands on the clock. Located in the West End (of Council Bluffs), just a moment or two across the river from downtown Omaha, BJ's is decidedly come as you are, and you can expect just about anything, and anyone, to be in attendance. Early evenings offer a low key, mixed crowd, but after 12:30 am it can get very crowded, as unlike Omaha bars it stays open until 2 am. and gets the spill over from the Omaha gay clubs. It doesn't hurt to be inebriated when you walk in the door. Come and prepare to have fun.
